Hi, I’m Meredith. Thanks so much for taking this first step to see if I might be a good fit for helping you meet your mental health and wellness goals. I’m a licensed psychologist with over 18 years of clinical experience. Being human is hard and we can all feel broken down at times by life’s challenges. I am here to help you navigate these difficulties and find wholeness again. 

I believe that everyone can benefit from having someone supportive to talk to about our challenges; but, beyond simply talking about your difficulties, I will also provide you with concrete tools to help you start feeling better and to take your health back into your own hands. 

 I utilize mindfulness-based tools, cognitive-behavioral therapies, and other evidence-based treatments including EMDR and EFT tapping. 

My clients describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and relatable. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can trust me to share their struggles and make difficult changes.

I specialize in women’s mental health, including: perinatal mood and anxiety disorders; infertility; pregnancy loss; birth trauma; adjustment to parenthood; body image and disordered eating; perimenopause/menopause; PMDD;  pelvic pain conditions (including endometriosis, PCOS, etc).
