- For all other insurers, I can provide you with a superbill for you to submit your own claims for out-of-network reimbursement. I also use a company called Thrizer to take the hassle out of the out-of-network reimbursement process. Please check with your insurance company for information regarding your out-of-network benefits (see the FAQ page for questions to ask your insurance company).
- If you prefer not to use your insurance, my Private Pay rate is $225 for the initial intake session and $200 per follow-up visit. I have limited sliding fee slots available.
- Payment can be made by credit card or HSA card, and is expected at the time of service.
